Makro organized the “HORECA Regional Roadshow” in 2024 in the Eastern Region under the concept of “THE NEW POSSIBLE Everything is Possible”, which received very good feedback from both cooking contestants, training participants and seminar participants who enthusiastically participated in the 3 activities, led by 1. “HORECA Challenge”, a national cooking competition and the first ever creative drink mixology competition in Thailand, 2. “HORECA Knowledge”, the ultimate seminar of the year by national food gurus, and 3. “HORECA Workshop”, a training course by world-class chefs, including product displays from participating store partners. In addition, there were famous mobile food truck restaurants and booths for those interested in doing mobile retail business, meeting all the needs of restaurant operators in one place.
We were honored by Mr. Saneh Somsri, President of the Restaurant Association, and Mr. Phanuphan Manthananon, President of the Eastern Chefs Association, along with Mr. Sittiphan Liewchalermwong, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of Thailand Food Business Expo, who jointly opened the 17th “Makro HoReCa Regional Roadshow” in the Eastern Region at Makro Chonburi Branch to continue the mission of strengthening and developing the potential of HoReCa business operators nationwide, which include restaurants, hotels, and catering businesses, to grow in every dimension.
