The event was honored by Mrs. Khanitha Muneenam, Surat Thani Provincial Commerce Officer, Mr. Somchai Sinma, Vice President of Surat Thani Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Phongsak Kulmuang, President of Surat Thani Chef Club, and Mr. Kamol Meechaiphatanakit, President of Surat Thani Restaurant Entrepreneurs Club, joining the opening ceremony of “Makro HoReCA Regional Roadshow” 17th time in the South, with Mr. Sittiphan Liewcharoenwong, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of 17th Thailand Food Business Expo, the organizing committee, and Makro branch managers welcoming the event at Makro Surat Thani branch.
Throughout the 4 days of the event, all 3 activities were very successful: “HoReCa Challenge”, a national cooking competition and a competition for the most creative mixologist in Thailand; “HoReCa Knowledge”, the ultimate seminar of the year by national culinary gurus; and “HoReCa Workshop” by world-class chefs. They received excellent feedback from cooking competitors, seminar and training participants, entrepreneurs, and customers, providing a complete solution for restaurant entrepreneurs in one event.
