method
1. Cut the Q-Fresh sea bass into beautiful pieces, coat it in crispy flour, and fry it in a pan.
2. Then make the Miang sauce by heating a pan, adding oil, fish sauce, seasoning sauce, sugar, and water. Mix until dissolved. Then add the red chili peppers and mix again.
3. Put the fried sea bass into the pan, followed by fried garlic, chopped spring onions, red chili, and nam yai sauce. Mix well over high heat.
4. Sprinkle a little salt on top and it's done. Place on a plate and serve.
