“Take the knowledge from Smart Restaurant Plus, 4th generation, topic “Cost management for maximum profit”. It helps us to go back and check the cost of the restaurant % in each category, making us know what expenses can be reduced, this is too much, too much, manage costs better, whether it is in terms of raw material stock, labor costs, number of employees, are we hiring too much? “I attended the MHA booth seminar at HoReCa Foodination 2023. I was impressed by the topic “Starting to write a restaurant SOP, a hands-on version” to write at my restaurant because my restaurant already had a basic SOP but it didn’t meet my needs. It wasn’t as detailed and intensive as what Khun Tai taught. After listening and seeing the picture, I had to make the SOP into a clip so that my subordinates could understand it better.
And the topic “Update on growth trends and buffet food business trends in Thailand”, I learned about the current trends and the trends that are possible for our business. After listening, I thought of other ideas that I can apply to my business. I might try adding some gimmicks to attract customers. If MHA organizes another free seminar, I would like to study marketing because there is a lot of marketing these days and every year there are always new trends updated.”

“Joined the MHA booth seminar at HoReCa Foodination 2023 on the topic of “New Dimensions in Professional Kitchen Management”. It was great. We never knew that keeping each ingredient fresh for a long time was so important. The chef was kind, gave as much knowledge as he could give, and suggested various methods to keep the ingredients fresh and at what temperature they should be stored. It was very useful.
As for the topic “Starting to write a restaurant SOP with hands-on practice”, I felt like I had an idea of what to do to make it good for the restaurant. I thought it wasn’t difficult, but after listening to Khun Tai, I got a better idea. The MHA workshop was on point and very useful for the restaurant. “From attending the 4th Smart Restaurant Plus event, I liked almost every topic. For example, Chef Wilment’s topic was “New Kitchen Management Dimensions: Modern Kitchen Management.” The chef explained techniques for food preservation, such as what temperature should be used. It was good. The restaurant tried to adjust accordingly.
And I like the topic “Update on online marketing trends 2023”. I am currently practicing. At first, I didn’t know much about online. I gained knowledge that I didn’t know before and can apply it to my restaurant. I have taken courses on the MHA website, including the course on creating professional food menu images using a mobile phone, and the course on made-to-order dishes with Maesau, a professional secret recipe.”
