This Thai-style iced coffee recipe has a strong body, is not bitter, is easy to drink, and is deliciously well-rounded. It will please those who love sweet and creamy condensed milk.

How to make milk mix
  1. 1 can sweetened condensed milk (400ml)
  2. 4 oz. (120ml) sweetened condensed milk
  3. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate. Shelf life is 3-5 days.
  4. Remove from refrigerator, place on bar counter, use when needed.
  5. When mixed into milk mixture, the shelf life will be short, so do not make too much. Plan to mix enough milk mixture for use.

How to make cold espresso coffee
  1. Measure 20g. of coffee powder, make a coffee shot, pour into a serving glass, glass size 16 oz. (480g.)
  2. Followed by 3 pumps (22.5ml) of mixed milk, 1 pump (7.5 ml) of syrup, 1 oz. (30ml) of evaporated milk, mix together.
  3. Add 480g of ice.
  4. Pour the milk on top and serve.
