It is a coffee with milk and chocolate. This glass will have a cocoa aroma, medium body coffee, smooth taste, well-rounded, delicious, easy to drink. Chocolate lovers will love it.

How to make milk mix
  1. 1 can sweetened condensed milk (400ml)
  2. 4 oz. (120ml) sweetened condensed milk
  3. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate. Shelf life is 3-5 days.
  4. Remove from refrigerator, place on bar counter, use when needed.
  5. When mixed into milk mixture, the shelf life will be short, so do not make too much. Plan to mix enough milk mixture for use.

How to make iced mocha coffee
  1. Measure 20g. of coffee powder, make a coffee shot, pour into a serving glass, glass size 16 oz. (480g.)
  2. Then add 1 teaspoon (5 g.) cocoa powder and mix until dissolved.
  3. Followed by 4 pumps of mixed milk (30ml), 1 cup of syrup (7.5 ml), 3 oz. (90ml) of pasteurized milk. Mix together.
  4. Top with 3 oz. (90ml) of pasta milk and ice. Sprinkle with 1g of thick cocoa powder. Serve.
