Preparation
1. Put water in a pot, followed by the pork ribs. Turn on high heat to allow blood stains or dirt to float to the surface.

- Roast the herbs using cinnamon and star anise in a pan.
- Then take the lemongrass (roasted), the galangal (roasted) and chop it into thin slices, and the celery root is slightly crushed.
