Preparation

  1. Heat a pan, add oil and pork belly and stir-fry.
  2. When the pork is cooked, add the onion and garlic and continue to stir-fry until cooked. Add the carrots, gochujang sauce and season with all the seasonings.
  3. Add water to mix the ingredients well. Continue to stir-fry until thickened.
  4. Add kimchi and 300 grams of rice. Stir-fry until well combined. Top with spring onions and pork belly.
  5. Place in a hot pan, add cheese around and heat until the cheese melts or put in the oven.
