Preparation

  1. Heat oil and stir-fry garlic. Add carrots and onions and stir-fry until cooked.
  2. Crack the eggs into the pan and stir-fry until the eggs are cooked through.
  3. Add shrimps and stir-fry until shrimps are cooked, then add rice and sauce. Stir-fry until well combined and finally add chopped spring onions.
  4. Serve sprinkled with ground white pepper and garnished with a lemon wedge.
