Preparation

  1. Place the grilled mackerel on a pan with teriyaki sauce until the meat is cooked through. Set aside.
  2. Mix cooked Japanese rice with sushi seasoning and set aside.
  3. Spread the nori on the sushi rolling mat, then spread the rice about 85% of the nori sheet, leaving the top part open.
  4. Then turn the rice side down, arrange the sweet egg, crab stick and cucumber, then roll the sushi and press it tightly.
  5. Cut the sushi into the desired size, then slice the prepared mackerel and place it on top of the sushi.
  6. Garnish with sauce or green onions as desired.
