Preparation

  1. Boil the dal and turmeric powder for about 15 minutes until cooked, then blend it.
  2. Put ghee in a pan and heat it. Saute mustard seeds, coriander powder, finely chopped garlic, chopped green chillies.
  3. Followed by a few curry leaves, turmeric powder, finely chopped medium onion, finely chopped tomatoes.
  4. Stir-fry together, then add the prepared Indian chilli powder and dal and stir-fry until well combined. Add water.
  5. Add Indian chilli powder again, add a little chopped coriander, season with salt and turn off the heat.
  6. Ready to serve
