Preparation

  1. Squeeze out some of the water from the mussels, then set aside.
  2. Mix tempura flour and water together, then add mussels and shredded vegetables.
  3. Heat oil in a pan to 150 degrees Celsius, then fry. Separate into pieces: oysters + vegetables.
  4. Sprinkle with ground white pepper before serving and serve with dipping sauce.
