- 120 grams all-purpose flour
- 75 grams Aero Butter Blend, unsalted

Preparation
- Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
- Beat butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Then add the eggs and beat until combined. Add the vanilla and red food coloring and beat until combined again.
- Add the sifted flour and mix until combined. Then use a spoon to scoop up about 1 tablespoon of cookies and shape them into balls. Coat them with icing sugar.
- Place the icing-coated cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking sheet, about 1 inch apart.
- Bake at 160°C for about 10-12 minutes. Let cool for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before storing in a container.
