  3. To make crispy catfish, pound the grilled catfish until the meat is fluffy. Then mix it with oil, beat it together, and fry it in a pan until it is cooked and looks nice.
  4. Steps for stir-frying sweet pork: Heat a pan with oil. When the pan starts to heat up, add the three ingredients (coriander root, garlic, and crushed pepper) and stir-fry until fragrant.
  5. Add sliced ​​shallots and palm sugar. Simmer the palm sugar until it becomes caramel.
  6. Add the diced boiled pork belly and stir-fry in a pan. Add water. Season with sweet soy sauce, seasoning sauce, fish sauce. Simmer until the pork is tender.
