Marinade sauce
  1. Mix pork seasoning powder, sugar, salt and various seasoning sauces. Mix until the ingredients are well combined. Then add pepper and mix well.

Fried Pork
  1. Apply the marinade to the pork and massage it in. Add the crushed garlic and mix it well. Then add the baking soda.
  2. Add the crispy flour and water, knead until combined, and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan with oil. When hot, add the pork and fry over medium heat.

fried chicken
  1. Marinate the chicken wings. Add the chicken marinade sauce and massage it well. Add the crushed garlic and mix well.
  2. Then add the crispy flour and water and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Heat a pan with oil over medium-low heat and fry the chicken until it is cooked and has a nice color.

Fish sauce dip

  1. Roast the ingredients over low heat. Roast the chilies until cooked and set aside. Roast the garlic (chopped) until cooked, then roast the shallots (chopped) until cooked.
  2. Roast the tomatoes until cooked, remove the skin.
  3. Pound together the roasted chili, garlic, and shallots. Then add the tomatoes and pound together.
  4. Season with boiled fish sauce, sugar, pound and mix well. Serve with fried pork and fried chicken.
