Preparation
- Make the white sauce by melting the butter in a saucepan. Add the all-purpose flour and stir with a whisk to prevent lumps. Stir for about 30 seconds.
- Pour in the milk, followed by the cream. Stir until the mixture thickens and boils until thickened. Season with salt and a little ground black pepper, then add the fish stock cube. Stir to combine.
Making a Pie
- Heat a pan and sauté chopped onion with unsalted butter. Add garlic and sauté until cooked. Pour in white sauce and stir until sauce and ingredients are well combined.
- Place the white sauce on an ovenproof dish, then arrange the cooked pangasius dory fillets on top.
- Top with a boiled egg and grated cheddar cheese, grated parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with chopped tarragon leaves. Finish with lemon zest and mashed potatoes. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 15 minutes.
