Preparation

  1. Soak the glutinous rice for 4 hours or overnight. Steam the glutinous rice for 30 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, you can sprinkle the water used to soak the sticky rice on top to make it soft.
  3. Place the frozen pork skewers in a normal refrigerator and let them sit for 1 night before grilling.
  4. How to remove pork from the package: Insert your hand under the pork and slowly pull it up. Then, pat the sides with your hand to shape the pork to make it look thicker.
  5. Grill until the pork is golden brown. Use scissors to trim off any burnt parts.
  6. Put Aero white sticky rice (cooked) in a bag, ready to eat, serve with jaew sauce.
