Preparation
- Mix dried fish seasoning powder in plain water.
- Put Chinese cabbage in a stone pot, followed by carrots, Japanese leeks, kinu tofu, shimeji mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, maitake mushrooms, and thinly sliced pork belly.
- Put the water mixed with dried fish seasoning powder into a stone pot and bring to a boil on the stove.
