Preparation
Pork marinating process
- Add sliced pork neck, coriander root, garlic, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, oil (for marinating pork) into a bowl. Mix well and add seasoning powder and pork seasoning powder.
Condo Omelet Making Process
- Crack an egg into a prepared bowl, add light soy sauce, seasoning powder, pork seasoning powder and beat together.
