- 260 grams meatballs
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Mexican chili powder
- 30 ml soybean oil
- 150 grams Greek yogurt (Tzatziki sauce ingredient)
- 40 grams of cucumber, remove seeds (Tzaziki sauce ingredient)
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced (ingredient for tzatziki sauce)
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander (ingredient for tzatziki sauce)
- 20 ml lemon juice (Tzaziki sauce ingredient)
- Salt and pepper (Tzaziki sauce ingredients)
Preparation
- To make tzatziki sauce, mix Greek yogurt with cucumber, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, lemon juice, a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Combine meatballs with diced cheddar cheese and Mexican chili powder and toss to combine.
- Heat a pan with soybean oil, shape the meat into flat pieces and fry for 3 minutes on each side.
- Garnish with rocket, tomato, cucumber, place the meat on the plate and serve with tzatziki sauce.
