method
- Mix all ingredients together.
How to make Mexican minced beef
- Mix the Mexican spices and ground beef together and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Add oil to a pan and fry the onion and marinated meat until cooked.
- Add garlic, red and green bell peppers and stir-fry until cooked.
- Add the chopped tomato Rosso and red beans and stir-fry until cooked and slightly dry.
How to make Nachos Chips
- Brush both sides of the dough with olive oil.
- Cut the dough into triangles. One sheet of dough can be cut into 30 pieces.
- Bake in the oven for 5 minutes. Let cool and it will be crispier.
