Preparation
- Blanch the bean sprouts and morning glory, then place in a bowl. Mix with the fried garlic oil, seasoning, and lime juice.
- Place the meat (pork pieces, liver, heart and small intestines) and meatballs on a bowl, then top with chili powder, peanuts, dried shrimp, pepper and sprinkle with vegetables.
