Preparation

  1. Bring water to a boil, then add a pinch of salt and turn off the heat. Place the eggs in the pot and set a timer for 6 minutes.
  2. Immediately soak the eggs in cold water. Crack the eggs and set aside. Ready to serve. Season the PRIME MEAT with a little salt and pepper.
  3. Add oil to a pan and stir-fry the meat and onion until cooked.
  4. Add minced garlic and ginger and stir to combine. Then add mirin and chicken stock and bring to a boil, then add soy sauce.
  5. Add dried fish stock and sugar, mix well. Boil until all ingredients are reduced, then sprinkle with spring onions. Turn off the heat and remove from the stove.
  6. Scoop rice into a plate, place stir-fried meat on top of the rice, garnish with pickled ginger and cut nori seaweed.
