- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Place a container over the pot of boiling water. Add the chocolate and stir gently until the chocolate melts.

- Place a mixing bowl with ice and place another mixing bowl on top of the ice. Pour in the cream. Add the sugar and beat until fluffy.
- Scoop the cream into a piping bag.
Decorate the fruit waffles
- Squeeze the cream onto the waffle, place the fruits as you like and place the strawberries on top.
- Dip the bacon in the prepared chocolate and let it cool. Stick the bacon in it and sprinkle with icing sugar.
