Preparation
- Cut the pork loin into 100g pieces, wrap with Aro brand bacon and tie with string.
- Sprinkle with a little salt and ground pepper.
- Heat a pan and add a little soybean oil. Add the meat and grill until cooked.
- Put the demi-glace powder in a pot, add water and mix well before turning on the heat. Then add the jaew sauce and mix well. Add the roasted rice and coriander and turn off the heat.
