Preparation

  1. Cut the pork loin into 100g pieces, wrap with Aro brand bacon and tie with string.
  2. Sprinkle with a little salt and ground pepper.
  3. Heat a pan and add a little soybean oil. Add the meat and grill until cooked.
  4. Put the demi-glace powder in a pot, add water and mix well before turning on the heat. Then add the jaew sauce and mix well. Add the roasted rice and coriander and turn off the heat.
  5. Cut the rope off the meat.
  6. Ready to serve with salad, French fries and prepared jaew sauce.
