- 60 grams of sugar
- 1 gram salt
- 15 ml. plain water
- 430 ml Carnation low fat creamer
- 200 ml Millac Gold Cream
- 50 grams coarsely chopped almonds
- 20 grams of multi-base for making ice cream
- 30 grams of Kalua
- 100 grams of ice cream, 2 scoops
- 45 ml. 1 shot coffee

Preparation
- Grind coffee beans and add to ice cream.
- Caramel toffee: Put sugar, salt, and water in a pot and heat over low heat until brown. Add milk and mix well.
- Pour the remaining ingredients into a pot and bring to a slight boil. Add the multi-base powder and finely ground coffee. Leave for 5 minutes. Strain out the coffee grounds.
- Let it cool down, put it in an ice cream maker and blend it for 1 hour, then freeze it.
- Scoop the ice cream into a serving dish, decorate it beautifully, and serve with a shot of coffee.
