Plating Process
- Place chicken thighs in a mixing bowl, add paprika powder, garlic and chicken seasoning powder, massage until well blended. Leave to soak for 1 hour.

- Take the chicken out and coat it with flour and water all over the chicken and coat it with flour again.
- Heat a pan with oil over medium heat. Fry until the chicken is golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside on a wire rack.
